SHIPPING
- United States: All methods of UPS (United Parcel Service) all available for wholesale and drop shipping to continental United States.
- International Shipments: Expedited and Express shipping options are available for international shipments anywhere in the world. Express is a faster shipping method compared to Expedited Shipping.
- Turn-Around Time: We are a manufacturing located in California, United States. Due to the fact that we manufacture the shoes when order is received, our turn-around time is about 3-7 business days. Normally, it is much shorter than 7 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days for rarely out-of-stock platform, materials, etc.
- Online Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are not calculated on our website. An invoice will be e-mailed to you, which includes shipping charges and drop-shipping fees (if applicable)
RETURNS
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturer defect. Upon receipt of shipment, customer has up to 5 business days to make a claim of damaged shoes. Before returning merchandise for ANY reason, please contact customer service at toll-free 866-669-7399, or international customers at 818-246-2595. Refused packages will result in 15% restocking fee.
ORDER CANCELATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order IF we have not begun manufacturing. Since we manufacturer the shoes upon receiving your order, we cannot cancel the order if it is in the manufacturing process. Orders canceled after production has started or after 24 hours of placing an order will result in 15% restocking fee.

PAYMENT METHOD

All new customers are required to pay by credit card and required to complete a credit card authorization form.
Net Terms: We offer net terms, C.O.D. Company Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Check to established customers with good standing only. This relationship and good standing is built in period of time and number of orders completed.
International Customers – Credit cards and wire transfers are the only methods of payment currently available for international customers.
Please note that Karo’s Shoes, Inc. has the ability to alter method of payment in general, or specific customers, at any time in accordance with order history, account standing, and relationship between Karo’s Shoes, Inc. and the customer.
